People in call centres frustrate me
Especially ones that fob you off because they don’t know the answer to your questions.
I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to move across to Virgin form Orange and the people at virgin just didn’t know anything. Every time I called I was told a different answer to each of my questions.
Finally today I spoke to someone who actually knew what I wanted answers to and was really helpful.
He even arranged for someone to call me back because he couldn’t help me with some of the things I needed to to.
So I could have it sorted by the end of the week
Oh, don’t worry my number won’t be changing, to many people have it for work.
